Base packages are broadly comparable (around 70 to 80 channels), so the ranking turns on replay, sport, the decoder and the price of the internet + TV bundle. No affiliate links.
Technically yes with most operators, but it makes little economic sense: bundle discounts make TV-only almost as expensive as an internet + TV package. That is why the prices in this ranking are those of internet + TV bundles.
Which operator has the best replay?
Telenet and VOO offer 7 days of replay on their cable packages, against roughly 36 hours at Proximus. If you mostly watch on catch-up, cable keeps the edge.
Where can you watch Belgian football (Pro League)?
Sports rights are the main differentiator. Proximus sells them through the Pickx Sports option, whose price rises to €24.99/month on 1 August 2026 (end of a €6 discount). Telenet offers sport through its own options and DAZN. Treat sport as a separate line on your bill.
Is the decoder included?
It depends. Orange includes an HD decoder in its €55/month internet + TV offer. At Proximus, Telenet and VOO the decoder may be rented or bought depending on the plan, and some offers only ship an app (Chromecast, smart TV). Check this: it can add several euros a month.
